The Broadway at Birdland concert series is proudto announce the return of two-time Tony Award nominee Amanda Green to the stage. The one-night-only special event will take place on Monday, November 13at 7pm.

Come celebrate with this award-winning performerand Broadway composer-lyricist along with her fantastic Broadway friends, as they sing an evening of her hilarious and moving songs, including a few fromnew and upcoming shows. Amanda’s very special musical guests will include TonyAward nominees Norm Lewis (Sweeney Todd, Phantom) Jenn Colella (Come FromAway), Howard McGillin (Phantom, Drood, Anything Goes) Jarrod Spector (Beautiful), Kelli Barrett (Dr. Zhivago) and more . Accompanying the singers will be Matt Gallagher & HisBroadway Band.

Amanda Green is a two-time Tony Award nominated composer-lyricist,and performer. She debuted twoshows on Broadway in one season: BringIt On, nominated for aTony Award for Best Musical, which she co-wrote the lyrics for (with Lin ManuelMiranda) and Hands On A Hardbody, for which she wrote the lyrics andco-wrote the music, and received a Tony Award Nomination for Best Score.She also received 3 Drama Desk Award Nominations for her work on these twoshows, and was the first female recipient of The Frederick Loewe Awardfor Outstanding Composition of A Score from The Dramatists Guild.

She wrote additional lyrics for the Broadwayproductions of On The Twentieth Century, starring KristinChenoweth, and Peter Pan Live on NBC. Also onBroadway High Fidelity (music Tom Kitt; 2006). As a performershe has won two MAC Awards and a Bistro Award, and performsher songs everywhere from Birdland to Carnegie Hall to the Bluebird Café inNashville.
