The Broadway at Birdland concert series is proud to announce that the graduating class of CAP21's Professional Musical Theatre Training Program will launch their promising careers in “The Pop/Rock Project” at Birdland on Monday, May 8 at 7pm. Twenty dynamic performers will star in a one-of-a-kind cabaret event celebrating Pop/Rock on Broadway! Musical Director Rob Rokicki and Director Randy Redd (Show Biz After Hours) present an exciting line-up of CAP21 students, alumni and surprise guests!

Collaborative Arts Project 21, a.k.a. CAP21, is dedicated to developing new talent, creating new work, and building new audiences. CAP21 replenishes the American musical theatre by training the next generation of performers and infusing the entertainment industry at large with talent and source material. The goal is to create programs that achieve substantial and lasting contributions to the future of the arts.

The award-winning Broadway at Birdland concert series takes place every week on the stage of the historic music room, located in the heart of Manhattan’s Theater District.
